60% of UK consumers now order at least some of their groceries online, and 16% do most of their food shopping via the internet, according to a new survey from Spryker. The biggest share comes from 35–44-year-olds who spend more than a third of their grocery budgets online. However, those over 55 are the most likely to shop exclusively online. The survey of 2,500 consumers also showed that 80% of consumers would shop online more if the experience was better.
