US private equity investor Advent International is reportedly to acquire a majority stake in luxury fashion label Zimmermann from Style Capital. Some media reports said the acquisition agreement, which has not yet been finalised, could value Zimmermann at about US$1 billion. Both companies declined to respond to the media.
