New Zealand’s New Image buys Nutrimetics

Heath and nutritional products manufacturer New Image Group has acquired skincare brand Nutrimetics from US-headquartered Tupperware Brands Corporation for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition includes Nutrimetics’ businesses across Australia, New Zealand and France as well as Nutrimetics Manufacturing. Founder and chairman of the privately-owned New Image Group, Graeme Clegg, said Nutrimetics is a “natural fit” for the company.

DHL announces £482 million investment in UK ecommerce operation

DHL has announced investment of £482 million in its UK commerce operation, DHL Parcel UK, to handle future growth following a 40% volume uplift since 2020. Nearly half of the investment will be in a brand new 25,000 sq m hub in Segro Park Coventry Gateway, located south of Coventry Airport.
