Dusk plans e-commerce overhaul as sales slip

Home fragrance retailer Dusk Group has reported a marginal sales decline as cost-conscious consumers tighten their spending. For the year to July 2, sales reached $137.6 million, down 0.6 per cent with like-for-like sales of 13.2 per cent and online sales of $7.5 million. Average transaction value fell 5.7 per cent to $51 driven by cost-conscious consumers while active Dusk rewards members reached 735,000 and accounted for 62 per cent of total sales.

Mosaic plans 40 new mega stores after network cull spurs profit turnaround
