Liverpool-based studio Dorothy has designed a new print which takes inspiration from 35 of the most loved albums from the last 60 years (from British, North American and European bands). The studio has also designed a poster for Liverpool museum British Music Experience featuring only British bands, from 1950s pop to the present day.

Curved architectural forms are mimicked by arched openings and white curtains. The design uses local lava stone, tropical plants and a geology-inspired colour palette. With their folded forms, these curtains give a suggestion of tactility. Exotic plants line the windows. There are only a few splashes of colour.

American fashion label Thom Browne has opened its first retail location in San Francisco , designed by ASA Studio Albanese to feature dramatic marble against white slatted blinds. The flagship store is situated at 432 Jackson Street in the historic Yeon Building, which dates back to 1855, in the heart of the city's luxury shopping district.
