Much has been said about Federal Treasurer Jim Chalmers’ 6000-word essay, published earlier this week in The Monthly , which outlined a concerted push from the Government to foster ‘values-based capitalism’ in Australia’s business sector. Nowhere can this be seen more clearly than in the retail sector.
