Interior design studio Hollie Bowden Interiors has created fine jeweller Rachel Boston's flagship store and showroom in London. Located in Shoreditch's Redchurch Street, the store is split into four main areas – the retail space, private appointment area, workshop and office space for the jeweller's team of 12.

As part of our ongoing review of 2021 , Dezeen rounds up the top 10 most remarkable and intriguing shop interiors of the year – from a cannabis dispensary made to look like an old-fashioned grocery store to a makeup boutique arranged around a large, mossy mound. Judges called the space "playful, engaging and beautifully done".

The retailer is working with artist Zoe Allen to feature a bespoke Absence of Colour-inspired art installation at the store, and fit out the 650 sq ft space in their signature minimalistic style. . Joining the line-up is creative community empowerment organisation, My Runway Group , in a 964 sq ft space at 29 Neal Street.

The studio put the space together from scratch using repurposed furniture and fittings including office blinds, camping chairs and kitchen equipment. The store's colour scheme is dominated by grey, silver and yellow The space is situated on the ground floor of a 19th-century building and retains a conventional glazed shop front.

Spanning two floors, the 1103sqm retail space features distinct areas dedicated to specific product categories. The ground floor is reserved for its sportswear and performance lines, and showcases key collections such as the Adidas by Stella McCartney Collection. Inside, the store defies conventional retail norms.

A gridded blue framework covers the entire interior of Milan's On-Off store It was also a matter of making the store reversible, meaning that the fit-out could be easily dismantled should the retailer move on to a different site, saving waste and leaving behind a clean slate for the next occupier.
