The Cubitts store on Broadway Market is located inside a former restaurant EBBA Architects turned the space into a 145-square-metre Cubitts store but kept almost all the original interiors of the Grade II-listed restaurant, which had been unoccupied since 2019.

And where the bar is well-lit with large windows, light is filtered in the restaurant area to create a more intimate space, the studio says. A natural stone countertop sits atop.

The Jungle Tile Collection features two (2) – 12” x 24” tiles with Ghislaine’s tropical print specifically designed to repeat for a large-scale continuous pattern. On a return visit, this pattern grew from a collaboration between me and my business and life partner, Jaime Viñas to create this wildly fabulous Jungle design.

Creative studio Vantzer has collaborated with outdoor furniture company Deesawat to create a ten-legged stool characterised by its contrasting materials. The seat and legs are made from charred teak in contrast with an iridescent titanium ring, which works to reinforce the design whilst evoking the look and feel of intense heat.
