In January, after studying Paul Rudolph's drawings, I jumped in and started posting perspectives. Again I saw a huge jump in my engagement. It's about curating the materials, colors, and forms of the posts so that the account has a consistency of design. For four months I posted explorations of elevations, and my following grew.

We’re invested in the success of the project, not just from an aesthetic standpoint, but from a truly functional perspective. For example, employees might engage in team brainstorms in the morning, then separate for focused work, and come back together in the afternoon for a meeting. My role is “sand”. We are primed for change!
