AIA Estúdio designs cave-like interior for clothing store in Rio de Janeiro

Organic shapes and stone -like surfaces characterise the interior of the Haight clothing store in Rio de Janeiro , which was designed by interior and landscaping design practice AIA Estúdio. Stone slabs around the pillar are used to display objects. Clothing is displayed on brushed-brass rails.

Reflecting pool centres XC273 fashion boutique in former Shanghai towel factory

The building is organised around three voids, which now form the basis of the store's circulation routes. This approach is replicated across the store's display fixtures to create a sense of spatial continuity. A series of square windows let light into the space and offer views out across the city and toward the sky.

Collective installs stage in New York ONS Clothing store

To balance the dark colours and textures of the flooring the studio has inserted pops of colour using light blue tiles on the changing room pods and blue and green counter surfaces. In the space there are two wood counters for displaying accessories, while rectangular cutouts in the walls to hold clothing racks.
