Neri&Hu creates "wooden hut" and "cave-dwelling" interiors for Shanghai stores

Chinese studio Neri&Hu has completed two retail spaces for Shanghai fabric and fashion company Jisifang, using wood and concrete to evoke "a more primitive state of being". Skylights on the ceiling, as well as full-height glass windows on one side, fill the space with plenty of natural light.

Ste Marie spotlights the art of flower arranging inside Cadine store in Vancouver

The counter has a flower-filled planter, and space for staff to make fresh bouquets. The other side includes a sink, but has otherwise been left clear so that staff have enough space to prep, organise and wrap bouquet orders. This verdant setting ended up being a key point of inspiration for Ste Marie 's design of the store's interior.
