Bags, shoes, accessories and fragrances are presented on the lower level, while areas dedicated to denim, ready-to-wear apparel and footwear can be found upstairs.

MRDK uses arches and mosaics for Ciele Athletics store in Montreal

The first boutique for Ciele , which sells technical headwear and apparel for running, opened in April 2023 on Notre-Dame Street in Montreal – the brand's hometown. Along the narrow entryway, flooring comprises black and white mosaic tiles that form a graphic pattern based on select items of the brand's apparel.

The M&S store I visited was renovated in June, extending the food department on one side by 30 per cent and decreasing the size of the apparel section on the other.

The light hardwood floors and white built-ins juxtapose varying shades of warm hues including deep reds, blues and golden browns. Although HOBO’s new store doesn’t boast a large square footage, the open floor plan allows for a streamlined shopping experience and offers an uninterrupted view of the merchandise.
