The store was designed by Andrea Tognon Architecture in collaboration with Scott who aimed to recreate and allude to the history of ancient Italy through a minimalist yet ornamental interior scheme. It is located within a recently renovated retail hub The Milan flagship spans two floors and covers 380 square metres.

Spanning two floors, the 1103sqm retail space features distinct areas dedicated to specific product categories. The store also features collaborations with talented Australian artists, with ground-level installations by paper engineer Benja Harney and artist Bianca Beers, and abstract sculptures and paintings by Elliott Routledge.

Everything about the space is welcoming and comfortable, from its location in a sandstone building on Clarence Street to its homely interiors. Sorry Thanks I Love You at the Pitt Street Mall provides an immersive store experience of fashion , jewellery and accessories alongside art, craft coffee and gourmet food.

Loewe creative director Jonathan Anderson interspersed art collections and curated furniture across the store's interior, alongside the luxury fashion brand's ready-to-wear collections, accessories and fragrances. structure by Catalan artist Aurèlia Mun?oz. Casa Loewe features a bamboo installation by Tanabe Chikuunsai IV.

Experimental jewellery designer Adriana Manso asked Carmelo Zappulla's studio External Reference to develop a suitably unusual interior concept for her first physical store in the city. Jewellery and accessories are displayed on the shelves, as well as on a small table at the centre of the space.

When someone mentions Pan Am, most people think of the former US airline that Leonardo DiCaprio portrayed in the hit film “Catch Me If You Can” as a con artist disguising himself as the airline’s pilot. A blue cylindrical tunnel featuring on the store’s facade is a doorway leading customers to the retail space.
