Using variety of mobility systems visitors will be able to move with ease to enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle filled with moments of surprise and play.

A simple fluid architectural form is adopted which signifies flowing water, while the cantilevered canopy at the tower’s entrance signifies the splashes. There are also some open offices near the crown of the building, which facilitates communication and interaction through the introduction of indoor-outdoor spaces.

With the COVID-19 pandemic casting a shadow on all of us, our appreciation for the sun, nature and the outdoors has increased. For interiors that do not have windows, making an indirect connection to nature is easily accomplished by hanging photographs or paintings of outdoor landscapes and wildlife. This is Biophilia at its best.

Descending towards the water’s edge, guests experience the mangroves, where the salty breeze and rustling leaves create a harmonious symphony of nature’s whispers. The foyer welcomes guests with characteristics suggestive of a tranquil forest, such as flowing water fountains and botanical accents.
