Each trunk is reimagined and personalized through unique mixed media applications from paint on canvas and video to sculpture, collage and light. Splashes of color and light then greet the visitor as they enter a larger room clad with raw wood flooring and walls referencing the early shipping trunks and crates.

In order to light up the warehouse space, the studio added windows to the side of the structure and created a domed entryway, also with panelled windows. The exterior of the store is clad in a light plaster material and the walls feature decorative murals. The space used to be a warehouse. Recycled materials were used throughout.

Thanks to mirrored film, the ateliers are only visible when lights are on inside. Mirrored film was applied to the glass; when the lights are on you can see the ateliers inside, but when they're off the space becomes private. Other recycled elements include office furniture, lighting, carpets and gypsum walls.

The main feature of the space is the industrial fibreglass and cement grates which form Edition’s shelving and table centre pieces. Additionally, the team utilised this second location’s natural lighting, which the team says acts as a “natural spotlight” for the curated cannabis products on display.
