In contrast to the dark burgundy colour palette of the bar, the inner restaurant features a neutral colour scheme. In contrast to the neutral tones found indoors, the outdoor space is finished in a deep sea blue as a counterpoint. A natural stone countertop sits atop. This is complimented with discreet green touches.

The Moniker Sport section features curved stainless steel shelving (above) and a wall of patterned glass (top image). In the ambitious zone, which pays homage to Paul Newman, the design team created a "classic" ambience through a luxurious material palette, with burl wood used to craft built-in cabinets and other joinery.

Lake Ontario has informed the material palette – reclaimed timber, native plants, board-formed concrete and local marble all feature throughout the space. An industrial theme runs throughout, and textures of brass and concrete are used to contrast with softer furnishings. A living green wall provides a sustainable focal point.
