Using locally-sourced herbs in conjunction with meridians was a pivotal concept supporting my energy medicine colleagues, at that time. The message from the herbs helps to shift the mind ’ s perspective and offers an attitude adjustment. As my research for the book evolved, so did I. Emotions are largely responsible for our well-being.
