Cabinetry and shelving rigidly line the walls along its length, mirroring the classical symmetry of the original Edwardian arches, columns and mouldings. These artworks gently break the store's rule of symmetry while adding natural and earthy hues, textures and forms against the largely grayscale interior.

Multicolour tiles form graphic stripes across the exterior of this showroom in Miami, which Esrawe Studio has designed in collaboration with art collective Superflex. Two different styles of tile were used – one flat, the other a three-dimensional pyramid shape – to give the facade depth and texture. Intelligent construction: Luz+Form.

These include a 12-foot version of the Bala Beam weight propped against a mirrored wall and an oversized ankle weight forming a squishy leather seat. It added two ceiling installations made with casts of white Nike sneakers, one lining the barrel-vaulted ceiling at the shop's entrance and the other arranged to replicate a teardrop chandelier.
