Fanny Moizant: My fashion career started with an internship at John Galliano, before I moved on to work as a marketing manager at lingerie company, Dim. This knowledge combined with my expertise in marketing – as I earned a management degree at the Institut de la Mode in Paris – paved my way to found Vestiaire Collective in 2009.

Upon graduating, I returned back to Kuala Lumpur in 2009 and found that e-commerce was still fairly new. As the leader, it is my job to make sure this happens, and managing people isn’t an easy feat because everyone has different characters and styles. A lot of my time is on social media as well, so even this has to be scheduled.
