Fashion brand Balenciaga has transformed its Mount Street store in London , creating a maximalist look to launch its Le Cagole collection by blanketing the interior in bright pink faux fur. Balenciaga's Mount Street store was lined in faux fur. Le Cagole bags were placed across the fur-lined temporary displays.

French shoe brand Nodaleto has chosen Miami as the location of its first US store, which New York studio Rafael de Cárdenas designed with sci-fi-influenced red and chrome interiors. Rafael de Cárdenas based the interior on mid-century French design, as a homage to the influence this movement had on sets created for sci-fi movies.

Paritzki & Liani Architects has created a minimal interior for a boutique on the Italian island of Ischia, filled with references to local architecture and volcanic geology. Grifo210's interior is divided up into three bays, framed by the arched doorway and ceilings. Exotic plants line the windows.

The 488-square-metre store is the first freestanding Hermès outlet in Tokyo since the brand opened its Ginza emporium in 2001, which was also designed by RDAI. As the store could have traditional window displays RDAI chose to wrap the building's base in a geometric screen made from pieces of copper-coloured stainless steel.
