It’s attractive to occupiers who are growing cautiously, giving them a sense of ownership without being tied down to an unbreakable lease...
“Flexibility is at the heart of the interior design. Private workspaces can be easily adapted to accommodate growth or changing business requirements with minimal physical alterations. The aesthetic was developed to ensure longevity and deliver contemporary insertions of materials, furniture and finishes in order to feel relevant to the Soho customer base. A sustainable approach was hugely important to GPE and therefore woven into each element of the design. This was recognised with a SKA Gold rating.”…
