Ferrero makes retailer website more accessible

Ferrero has made improvements to its convenience retailing facing website – Your Perfect Store – following retailers becoming “increasingly time-poor” and reverting towards digital channels for support.

The website will be “even more accessible than before”, with easier navigation and information to digest.

To celebrate the relaunch of Your Perfect Store, Ferrero is giving five retailers the chance to win stock from Ferrero’s brands, including Kinder Cards, Ferrero Rocher Tablets and Thorntons Pearls.

For a chance to win, retailers can sign up for the Your Perfect Store newsletter to be automatically entered into the giveaway.

Levi Boorer, customer development director at Ferrero, said: “We know that Your Perfect Store is already a well-known and established platform amongst retailers, but we want to improve it further by placing a greater focus on up-to-date information, must-stock products, planograms and regular exclusive offers and direct communication.

“We appreciate that hard-working retailers are becoming increasingly busy, particularly since the surge in shoppers visiting convenience stores following the pandemic and we want them to feel reassured by the round the clock support provided on our website.”
