Bestway launches major campaign to help retailers at Christmas

Bestway has launched a £250,000 campaign to highlight its Christmas offerings this year.

The group has linked up with key suppliers to back the campaign,  called ‘Your Home This Christmas’, which includes a Christmas ‘house’ being created in 35 Bestway depots.

Each house contains supplier branded rooms that will contain special offers for retailers which will change after four weeks.

Large digital screens will advertised special deals and there will be a retailer competition with £56,000 in prizes to be won.

Kenton Burchell, trading director for Bestway Wholesale and retail, said: “We are really excited by this Christmas campaign and believe it represents a first in UK wholesale with echoes of what consumers have come to expect on the high street.

“Now, retailers can enjoy large-scale fun which is interactive and engaging directly in depot and executed in a way that is highly professional and enjoyable.

“Our Christmas house encompasses theatre, is a perfect forum for suppliers to showcase their Christmas products.

“Never before have we looked to physically ‘bring alive’ Christmas in this way, or with such investment.”
