A baker’s dozen of stores for One Stop franchisee

Danny Wilson’s latest shop is in Bridlington on an 1,800 sq ft site that used to be a hardware store.

Wilson said that opening a series of stores becomes easier the more that you do it. His stores are mainly around Scarborough, Bridlington and the surrounding area of the northeast.

He said: “We’ve opened a number of One Stop stores in quick succession. Once you have one store, you follow the same One Stop systems and replicate what you’ve done, focusing on what’s been successful and the demographic of the area.

“We’ve found the technology allows the stores to virtually run on their own as the orders automatically curate whether you’re there or not.”
