The 3,000 sq ft store has parking, an external ATM and is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Food-to-go includes sandwiches, hot and cold rolls and pastries, as well as a Greggs bakery. Other services include lottery, PayPoint and free Wi-Fi.
The project took more than a year to complete and the store employs ten staff. The site also has a drive-through Starbucks.
Mike Leonard, sales director for Spar Scotland, said: “We are broadening our reach and distribution around Scotland, and we will continue to grow the business and explore new opportunities.”
