The company says that total transactions and frequent customer numbers both increased by 16% during July compared with the previous month.

One independent retailer who is using the Snappy Shopper home delivery app is Imran Akhtar of Best-one Hurlford in Kilmarnock, Scotland, who first offered it to shoppers in January.
“Since we took the decision to start a home delivery service, we haven’t looked back! In eight months, we have taken over £200,000 in additional sales.”
In fact, it has been such a success that he is now offering the service to customers at his second store, Premier Cairnhill, in New Cumnock, East Ayrshire.
Launched in Dundee in December 2017, Snappy Shopper is a technology solution provider that connects communities with local businesses.
Using its app or website, consumers can order groceries from their local convenience store and have them delivered by the store’s own staff in as little as 30 minutes.
The company serves a number of major retailers and has partnership agreements with several regional Co-ops, Nisa and Spar.
