The design of China Everbright’s Hong Kong location expresses with an international flair the bank’s global reach and culture with a human-centric space made for employee engagement. One Space used eye-catching installations and materials to complete the China Everbright Bank offices in Hong Kong.

One Space is privileged to have embarked on a business transformation journey to design the new home for China Everbright Bank Hong Kong. The concept expresses with an international flair the bank’s global reach and culture. With the Brief of bringing people together at the heart of Wan Chai, the relocation is part of a master plan to move the bank’s operations into its own eponymous tower at Everbright Centre, 108 Gloucester Road.

The approximately 42,000 sq ft project spans across four floors comprising commercial banking, wealth management, a trading floor and client executive suites. The design connects the bank’s multiple functions into a single community experience, whilst providing staff with flexible spaces in which to work, connect and relax. This paradigm shift in employee experience was marked by a human-centric design to improve employee engagement, support wellness and integrate state-of-the-art technology into the daily workflow of the organisation.
