Nisa is among the symbol groups offering promotions to help customers choose presents for teachers who, like many others, have had a particularly tough working year because of the pandemic.

Offline marketing manager at Nisa Chris Walker said: “Teachers have been faced with the challenge of balancing remote teaching, in-person teaching, school closures, planning, and other issues the pandemic brought their way.

“And with many parents having to learn the ropes and home school for a big chunk of the 2020/21 school year, they have a newfound appreciation for the work teaching staff do.

“Placing this event in high footfall areas of their stores, our partners are likely to see a rise in impulse sales as shoppers see the deals.”

Nisa’s deals include boxes of chocolates at good prices, including a 110g Maltesers Box at £1.25, Cadbury Roses 186g and Mars Celebrations 240g at £2 each (saving up to £1.59) and Maltesers Truffles 200g and Quality Street Intrigue Truffles 200g at £3.50 each.
