Mirage is adding another feather to its cap with the opening of Palace Dubai Creek Harbour & Residences

A stunning new development – the Palace Dubai Creek Harbour & Residences, located in a spectacular location overlooking the Dubai Creek Canal and Creek Harbour, has opened its doors to guests for the first time.

Mirage was appointed as a turnkey development management consultant. We were responsible for development management, project management, cost control, all design and supervision of this avant-garde project.

Positioned on the water’s edge of the Dubai Creek within Dubai Creek Harbour precinct, the Palace Hotel & Residences defines the arrival, making a statement with its bold and distinctive design. Boasting a premier waterfront address, it offers strategic views of the Creek as well as providing guests and residents with a unique perspective of the city in the distance.

The development draws inspiration from its vibrant settings of the newly developed Dubai Creek Harbour, which is already home to Emaar’s Address Grand Creek Harbour and Vida Creek Harbour.

Comprising a residential tower of 587 branded apartments connected by an elevated podium to the 122-key Palace Hotel, this is not just another development — it’s a practical blend of luxury, functionality and sustainability setting a new standard in contemporary living.

The design philosophy responds to its surroundings. The blend of crispness and rectilinearity is softened by the unique use of marble, timber and glass to create a “home away from home” residential feel. The interiors are designed from taking cues from natural elements and combination of modern design, while its interiors exude an aura of sophistication. Each room of the Palace and Branded Residences is beautifully decorated with a modern Arabesque charm that extends to the smallest details.

The hotel’s enviable amenities include a striking rooftop infinity pool, spa services and guest rooms with generous private balconies.
