A hybrid coworking space designed to serve both residents and members of the public, CoStay offers luxurious amenities and ample options needed by remote workers in Incheon. TRD designed the CoStay offices as a light and open hybrid space in Incheon, South Korea.

CoStay Songdo collaborated with TRD developing for two ground floors which serve both its residents and public who needs co-working space.

Located in the heart of bio-tech village in Songdo, CoStay provides fully furnished residence units and concierge service to residents. Most of residents are either employees of R&D center in Songdo Bio Village or foreign student of Inchoen National University.

The co-working space on the 1st and 2nd floor is open to residents and registered members only. The 1st floor offers various types of work setting including long communal table, booth seating, counter seating by window, and individual table sets. There are also different size meeting rooms fully equipped with AV system. The members also can rent a space with movable tables which can be configured per different purpose on 2nd floor. 8-10 person small office with workstations is also available for rental with different terms.
