Say goodbye to post-Christmas blues, as LEON introduces its Veganuary 2024 menu, which is all about Gut-Healing Goodness and Plant Power. Get ready for a line-up of plantilicious dishes that are not only a treat for the taste buds but are a treat for the gut too.
This January, LEON is harnessing the power of nutrition and gut health by refreshing its Plant Variety system, to display how many varieties of plant are present in LEON dishes. Represented by a new symbol on the menu, it’s a guide that will serve as a compass towards a more diverse and nutrient-dense dish. Guests will also find these dishes easily highlighted on digital kiosks and app too. It’s recommended that guests aim for 30 plant varieties a week to boost their gut health.

Introducing Britain’s most loved takeaway, all wrapped up in the Bangin’ Bhaji Wrap (£5.99). This vegan Bangin’ Bhaji Wrap features courgette and pea bhajis, topped with a classic Kachumber, crispy onions, and herby mayo. It’s a flavour explosion in every bite.
Have you ever tasted the rainbow? The Rainbow Squash Salad (£7.19 (in) / £5.99 (out) ), a colourful combo of roasted butternut squash, zingy herby mayo, pink kraut, greens, and grains, is made with Mediterranean-inspired spices and served with a lemon wedge for that extra zing. Plus, it just so happens to be vegan. Bish, bash, squash – you’re in for a treat.
Cult classics
LEON didn’t just jump on the green train, they’ve been driving it since day one. Over the past 20 years, they’ve curated a menu that’s not just a trend but a timeless celebration of plant-based power. Along the way, they’ve crafted several iconic, fan-favourite dishes that stand the test of time.
The Golden Glow Dhal (£5.99) is a plant-based curry which will leave you glowing inside and out. The curry, which is made with red lentils & yellow split peas, and simmered in creamy coconut milk, spiced with mustard seeds, turmeric and curry leaves, is topped with Kachumber: a zingy mix of cucumber, tomato, and red onion that’s pickled to perfection. This is the show-stopping LEON dahling.
Brazilian Black Bean (£4.99) is an instant classic for less than a fiver. Black beans, carrots and onions team up with a zesty mix of paprika and oregano, with an added burst of freshness from cool mint and parsley. The result is a rich blend of flavour and texture that will truly upgrade your lunch game.
LEON’s dreamy LOVe Burger (£6.49) is another iconic favourite for Veganuary. A vegan burger topped with our LOVe Burger sauce, fresh tomato relish, crunchy lettuce, pickles and a slice of mature cheddar vegan cheeze.
As we venture into the fresh canvas of a new year, LEON is all about resolutions that are easy to keep. The Plant Power, Gut-Healing January 2024 menu is a celebration of food that tastes good and does you good. Simple.
LEON’s January Menu launches January 10th at all LEON Restaurants.
All dishes will be available for takeaway, click & collect and delivery.
