Domino’s Pizza (Ann Arbor, Mich.) will offer customers willing to pick up their pizza rather than choose delivery a $3 “tip,” reports Fortune. The credit can only be used on future orders, however.

The promotion, which is scheduled to run through May 22, is an attempt on the part of the pizza chain to mitigate a severe shortage of workers during one of the busiest times of the year. On average, Domino’s sells 2 million pizzas on Super Bowl Sunday.
