Apple (Cupertino, Calif.) will reportedly test a hybrid in-store and work-from-home model for store employees, reports Bloomberg.

The pilot program, called “Retail Flex” will begin later this year and will allow some employees to work some weeks from home and other weeks at their store location. While working from home, employees will manage online sales, customer service and tech support.

The pilot program is expected to last at least six months and will reimburse workers participating in the program for some internet expenses as well as give them $100 for office equipment. Their pay will remain unchanged.
