Lids (Indianapolis) is opening its first stores in Europe, according to a company press release. Four standalone stores will open across metropolitan London this December. The new stores will be located at Lakeside Shopping Centre, Churchill Square Shopping Centre Russel Place, Peninsula Square and Seven Dials; the location at Seven Dials is now open.

Each location will feature brands like New Era Cap, adidas, Hurley, Oakley, and many others, as well as licensed and branded MLB, NBA and NFL merchandise. Custom Zones at each store will allow shoppers to customize apparel, like clothing and hats, through embroidery.

Partner Co-Founder at Ames Watson and Chairman and CEO of Lids Tom Ripley says, “Expanding in the U.K. is our top priority at Lids. Lids has become one of the strongest retailers in North America and we’re thrilled to take its growth international as we look to open 100-plus standalone Lids stores in new markets.”
