A large format retail property in Brisbane has been acquired for $57 million by Newmark REIT Management. The purpose-built 2.8-hectare property features an 11,115sqm lettable area with a tenancy mix of national retailers including Officeworks, Sydney Tools and Supercheap Auto. It is located 20kms southeast of Brisbane’s CBD, adjacent to Bunnings Underwood on a busy corridor.

Architecture studio OMA has created a pop-up shop for Tiffany & Co in Paris that showcases an assortment of pieces from the jeweller's 185-year history. The pop-up is located in the eighth arrondissement and functions as a cross between a boutique and an exhibition, spotlighting Tiffany pieces from both past and present. Visitors enter the Tiffany & Co pop-up in Paris through a blue rotunda.

Templo began working with UD shortly after the George Floyd killing, the pulling down of the Edward Colston statue.

Environmental Protection Agency , holding that the EPA lacks authority under Section 7411(d) of the Clean Air Act to limit greenhouse gas emissions from power plants through “generation shifting,” i.e. , increasing the use of cleaner energy sources like wind and solar and reducing the use of dirtier sources like coal.

London-based design consultancy PriestmanGoode has revealed its Knot Waste furniture project, an attempt to engage the public with circular design principles. The idea behind Knot Waste is to use a single sheet of waste material to craft a bespoke item of furniture, held together by rope. The studio has created a set of instructions for the design process; the items required are a sheet of waste.
