Western Australia’s Karrinyup shopping centre will launch a wellness precinct on March 14.
The new space is part of an $800 million development expansion almost doubling the size of 2500sqm mall.
The wellness precinct will house a range of services including yoga, boxing, strength training, HIIT, meditation, breathwork, and physiotherapy. There will also be a dedicated health bar, a fully functioning gym, a day spa, eight treatment rooms, and a relaxation lounge, all under one roof.
The project which is managed by AMP Capital on behalf of UniSuper is designed to help the centre become a retail and lifestyle destination in Perth. The city’s first Synkro, an all-around holistic wellness centre, will also open at Karrinyup.
“In addition to offering a huge variety of group and personal fitness classes, we will offer customers access to a range of spiritual practitioners and mindfulness rooms,” Ben Davis, AMP Capital’s GM.
The centre also boasts a bespoke sound healing experience at Humming Hive and healthy smoothies and raw foods joint at Tonikz bar alongside a creche which will help busy parents.
The expanded shopping centre now features approximately 290 fashion, lifestyle and beauty stores.
