Melbourne start-up ecosystem valued at over $10 billion

The Global Startup Ecosystem Report (GSER) 2021 reveals that Melbourne’s start-up ecosystem value has grown by more than $3 billion in the past 12 months, and is now valued at more than $10 billion. This is a significant increase, with Melbourne’s start-up ecosystem valued at $2.21 billion in 2018, $3 billion in 2019 and $7 billion in 2020 – a growth rate of 475 per cent in four years.
