Colin Forbes, the British graphic designer who was one of the founding members of design studio Pentagram, has died aged 94. Forbes was born in London in 1928, and later studied in his home city at the Central School of Arts and Crafts (which is now Central Saint Martins). Between 1945-49, he served in the army. Ofcom has launched an investigation into Royal Mail’s failure to meet its delivery targets during 2021-22. The company fell behind on targets set by Ofcom to deliver 93% of First Class mail within one working day of collection and 98.5% of Second Class mail within three working days of collection. Instead, across 2021-22, Royal Mail announced in mid-May that only 81.8% of First Class mail was delivered within one working day and 95.4% of Second Class mail was delivered within three working days.
