Woolworths to anchor new Devonport retail centre

A development application has been lodged for a $40 million retail centre in Devonport, Tasmania with Woolworths confirmed as the anchor tenant. Stony Rise Village will be built adjacent to the suburb’s Devonport Homemaker Centre. The 7500sqm neighbourhood retail centre is scheduled to open in 2024.
