Coles signs up to Government’s voluntary emissions transparency report

Collins Foods reports 8 per cent revenue lift powered by Europe rebound

ASX-listed fast food operator Collins Foods has reported strong growth in its European operations while its Asia business struggled with Covid-19 restrictions. The company reported an 8.5 per cent revenue increase to $534.2 million in the first half of FY22, with KFC Australia delivering record revenue of $433.7 million, up 4.4 per cent, despite the challenges of cycling record in-store sales growth from last year.

Cyber Week spending stays flat on record-setting 2020: CBA

Australian consumers spent more than $8 billion across the Cyber Week shopping event, according to a NAB analysis. NAB found that the big winners were technology retailers, which saw sales jump 168 per cent compared to the same period during pre-pandemic 2019, and footwear brands, which saw sales jump 92 per cent.
