Expecting a busy spring season, The Home Depot (Atlanta) is set to hire 100,000 new employees, reports Business Insider.

For the past two years, the DIY retailer has hired 80,000 workers in its spring run-up. New part-time and full-time employees will receive a “competitive” compensation offering, but the retailer declined to disclose average hourly wages.

“The consumer demand continues to spike and we want to ensure that we have associates to meet customers’ needs in our aisles,” said Eric Schelling, VP and Head of Global Talent Acquisition.
