Collins Foods points to small-box formats for KFC

ASX-listed fast food operator Collins Foods will soon have control of over half the KFC network (55 per cent) in the Netherlands after striking a deal last week with the second largest franchisee in the region to secure an additional nine KFC restaurants.  The €10.25 million share purchase agreement brings Collins Foods KFC store footprint in the Netherlands to 44, an increase of 25 per cent.  Collins Foods operates KFC and Taco Bell restaurants in Australia, and entered Europe in 20
