The UK’s roll your own (RYO) accessories market is big business, particularly in the convenience sector which accounts for more than three-quarters of all tracked sales.

Effective product display is also really important. It’s one of the keys to increasing awareness and demand, particularly if you’re looking to increase profits by stocking products that deliver on quality, brand assurance and strong margin.

WANTED: 3 RETAIL PARTNERS APPLY TODAY!

As part of its new campaign, It Pays to Display, OCB supplier Republic Technologies (UK) Ltd is looking for 3 retailers to partner with, to help improve sales by sharing best practice advice on the management and layout of the RYO accessories fixture.

If you’re interested in taking part, just email a picture of your current RYO accessories display to OCB’s ‘fixture fixer’, c/o kim.reddick@emap.com.

IRN and Republic Technologies will choose 3 retailers to work with, helping them to remerchandise the fixture to get the very best return from it.

Free stock will also be provided, including Republic Technologies’ latest NPD, and you and your store will feature in future editions of Independent Retail News, including ‘before and after’ photographs of your fixture.

We’ll also work with you to track your accessories sales, with a major focus on the anticipated sales increases.
