(PRESS RELEASE) BOSTON — Artaic, a leading mosaic manufacturer that uses robotic technology and innovative design tools to customize, design, and fabricate award-winning installations, is thrilled to introduce Steve Drew as National Sales Director.

Artaic Appoints Steve Drew as National Sales Director

Steve Drew

Drew comes to Artaic with a deep background in all facets of the artwork and contract furniture marketplace and has held national roles in training, dealer management, and business development. His career has encompassed K-12, Higher Ed, Government, and Military GSA contracts, Healthcare Systems, and comprehensive custom specification development with the A&D community.

“We are delighted to welcome Steve Drew to the team,” says Ted Acworth, founder and CEO of Artaic. “His extensive background touches industries that we are keen on expanding in, and his experience overlapping in not just sales and business development, but also the artistic world is crucial to us as we work towards making mosaics accessible everywhere.”

A Boston native, Drew has studied studio art and art history extensively, which will lend itself to Artaic’s artistic approach to technology-driven mosaics. He has previously sat as a chapter president with IFMA, and had led company-wide business growths for artwork suppliers. Drew will leverage his decades of experience to build strong relationships with clients, helping them achieve their artistic vision in mosaic designs. Drew will heavily focus on the strategic execution of sales opportunities in the commercial space, growing the Artaic name and the mosaic medium in untapped markets.

“I’m very excited to start this new role with such an innovative company like Artaic,” says Drew. “I’m inspired by the artistically significant results that Artaic produces. I’m looking forward to leveraging my experience and strategic thinking as a catalyst for exponential growth and sharing the Artaic concept across a wider audience.”
