Melbourne-based homewares brand Fenton&Fenton has collapsed after 15 years in business.

The company’s website announced that it has gone into liquidation and has appointed Adam Nikitins and Stewart McCallum of EY to oversee the sale of the entity.

Established in 2008 by Lucy Fenton, the brand sold homewares, furniture and artwork through its physical store in Prahran, Melbourne and online. It ships across both Australia and New Zealand.

According to 7News, several consumers have expressed concern regarding their orders since the company entered liquidation.

A Facebook user, Xiaoya Wang, said: “I am one of Fenton’s suppliers, they bought lots of furniture from us, and we just shipped two containers to Australia, we don’t know what’s going to happen next and what should we do now.”

Inside Retail has reached out to both Fenton&Fenton and the liquidators for further information.
