WA-based menswear label, Tony Barlow Fine Tailoring, is replacing its existing Perth store in Hay Street with a two-storey store on the same street after securing a 10-year lease for the retail space negotiated by Peter Millard of Knight Frank.

Peter Millard said the location was the biggest drawcard for Tony Barlow Fine Tailoring. The grand opening was joined by Basil Zempilas, Perth’s Lord Mayor and representatives from local AFL and soccer clubs.

The new flagship follows the launch of the Tony Barlow store’s opening at Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Spanning 400sqm and facing the refurbished Cloisters Arcade, the Hay Street store will feature a new fit-out.

“The new store has seven-metre frontage with good natural light and allows a much better layout for their product range, with the basement providing a space for Tony Barlow’s in-house tailoring service,” said Millard.

The 40-year-old fashion brand is owned by Melbourne-based Expedition Apparel and operates six stores across WA.
