Another member of the panel said this was a retailer “clearly dedicated to delivering on shopper needs, with a tailored range to suit the store’s diverse customer base.”
Also drawing praise were its “eye-catching displays, clear understanding of customer requirements, excellent brand standards and exceptional delivery”. Another judge described the retailer as having “a chilled offer of world-class notability”.
