STREAMER COFFEE COMPANY, operating in central areas of Tokyo like Shibuya, has opened a new cafe and bar in Akasaka, Tokyo. While retaining the street style of their original concept, the new design was considered with creating a relaxed atmosphere for adults.
By adding stainless steel, mirrors, and tiles to basic materials such as mortar, black iron and oak, the space obtained a more elegant and relaxed atmosphere, then the two aspects of the cafe and bar can naturally connect.
Additionally, it is designed that switching from a cafe to a bar is simply possible by sliding the signboard behind the counter to appears the bottle shelf, and therefore, realize an important client’s task that makes the bar without lacking the sense of cafe space.
