Asian snacking brand Cofresh has launched Thin Sev packs, in response to shoppers asking for a thin version of sevian noodles found in its Bombay Mix packs.

The variant is available now in 325g sharing bags (£1) and can be used as an accompaniment to masala dahls and chaat, or sprinkled on traditional Indian dishes.

Jon Roberts, brand manager at Cofresh, said: “Whilst it has long been a key ingredient in many of our Asian Mixes, this is the first time that Thin Sev has been available as a stand-alone snack.

“We know from consumer feedback that the noodles in our Bombay Mix have an almost fanatical following, so we decided to respond with a pack that contains only sev.”
