The “Get a Taste of Brixton” campaign “celebrates the birthplace of the brand” and appears across digital platforms and  48, 16 and four sheets throughout London, with a national roll-out scheduled for 2022.

Each advert features QR codes and direct links which, once scanned, will reward consumers with a free pint at the Brixton Brewery Tap Room.

The craft beer category is “booming” across the UK and is predicted to continue growing to 10% market share by 2025, with lager holding the biggest share in the category.

The brand said craft currently delivers more than two times the retail sales value than classic lager, sitting at £4.01 compared to lager’s £1.86.

Although penetration of the category is currently 19% and spend per buyer is up by 35%, the brand said there are still many more drinkers to recruit to the category.
